We will include instructions in your box. But here are some basic guidelines:

Keep all of your sweets packaged until the day of your party.
Keep everything away from direct sunlight or other sources of heat.
Do not freeze any of your sweets.
You do not need to refrigerate your sweets, but you can if you would like to.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept cancellations.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

I don't accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

Returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product. NO REFUNDS due to weather or broken cookies. If you place an order six months or more in advance 50% of your order is non-refundable and we will accept cancellations 2 weeks before your requested date.
