Standard shipping is by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail 2 - 5 days or USPS Priority Mail Express (delivery overnight or in 1-2 days on any day of the year, including Sundays and holidays). For USPS Priority Mail Express, if the US Postal Service doesn't deliver your package on time, they will refund the full delivery cost to you. 

We are not responsible for unforeseen weather disasters such as floods, snow storms, and other acts of nature beyond our control. We work hard on our cookies and we don't want them to break any more than you do. As much as we would love to prevent breakage, unfortunately, there is no way for us to totally prevent cookies from breaking during transit. We are not responsible for USPS mishandling or damaging your package. Once the box is shipped through USPS, our shop cannot be held responsible for mishandling packages. If your package becomes lost or damaged due to their negligent actions, please contact us as soon as possible to start the process of filing a claim. We will need photos of your cookies and the outside of the box that has been damaged during shipment. The only refund we will give is the refund the post office sends. If you are ordering more than $100 worth of cookies, we suggest you message us for additional insurance.

When your cookies ship, you will be provided with a tracking number. If you need your cookies shipped using a faster service than priority 2-5 days, please contact us before ordering to discuss available options. Please keep in mind that baking and packaging time can take up to 2 weeks. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our cookies, they cannot be shipped immediately after purchase.
***When your item is shipped, it can take up to 24 (to 48) hours for USPS to integrate it into their system. So, if you click on your tracking number, it MAY not recognize it. If that is the case, just be patient, as USPS "should" update your tracking soon.***
